11-22-07 VIDEO ZIPPED What are words for if no one is listening? What has the once beautiful world come to? Where is the justice and fairness and the peace that was once the promise of all humankind? Where is the once wide held hope that things would be better for all of us? Where did the words compassion and tolerance go? Down the tube with words like peace and brotherhood? What is the point anymore? I have been wondering this for quite a long time.

Take what has been happening in Iraq. It was illegally and unjustifiably invaded by an aggressive attacker on false pretenses in contradiction to all international laws and standards and nothing has been done about it.

Look at the madman in the Whitehouse and the thousands of high crimes and hundreds of thousands of deaths that have resulted in his administration's reckless selfish quest for oil dollars. How much blood can be shed before someone does something?

What is going on in Iraq is genocide and not one single person in the world able to stop it is doing anything about it.

We, the once thought to be majority, who once voiced our discontent have grown so numb that we sit stupefied that it is still continuing.

And the clearly hypocritical propaganda just continues and continues, unchecked and uncontested.

I can tell you one thing: things are getting worse and worse and there is no end in sight. The madmen in the Whitehouse now want to invade another country, Iran, and the thing is that they are more likely than not going to do it. For what? For the nuclear power plants that they wanted to build or for supposedly trying to build the nuclear bomb for which the US sold them plans for, the latter a fact that we are supposed to believe from an administration that has already used that proven to be false premise to invade and destroy the sovereign nation of Iraq?

And so what am I if I am against what was my country for killing millions of innocent people for the sole purpose of obtaining more wealth for those who are already too wealthy? I am almost half American Indian and yet they have taken away my birthright for protesting.

Last night I watched Gary Kasparov, a man I once thought was great, dishing out Neo-Con talking points against Russia and he made me want to puke. I wanted to literally throw something at the screen, and the thing was that everything that he said was pure bullshit yet nobody questioned him or his motivations. He was spewing propaganda like the right wing tool he has obviously become. I don't want to make political statements about Russia, and I have tried for the twelve years that I have been here not to do so but this "man's" comments were so far off base that I feel I must speak out, even if the only people who are going to read this are the assholes at the US Embassy who will no doubt use it against me and the people here who watch me. I do not give a crap.

Kasparov said Russia was a police state and that the popularity of Putin is nothing more than state controlled propaganda implying that Putin is not popular here and even going so far as to compare the idiot Bush and Cheney to him. He stated that he was fighting against the "Regime" as if the elected president and administration of a free country can be called that.

Kasparov and his family who are hiding in New Jersey are obviously on the payroll of the Bush Administration and just as he protested before during Soviet times he protests now, old habits are hard to break.

I can honestly tell you the following, and you can take it anyway you want I don't care, and I am sure that my file will get bigger and my problems will get deeper for what I am about to tell you, but Kasparov is nothing but a bald faced liar and a bad one at that.

Russians do not hate Putin, and no one considers his to be a "regime". Protesters and so called human rights activists are just miscreants who can not function properly in Society and who dream of "America" and as long as "America" lends them a sympathetic ear and their stories jive with what the State Department and the Busies want to hear they will be given an audience. but be warned activists, when "America" does not need you anymore they will slam the door in your face and hang you out to dry.

It infuriates me that I have lived here with my children in peace and prosperity for twelve years and have watched the incredible changes that have taken place, positive changes, changes that have made the Russian people freer than any Americans are and this washed up Kasparov comes along and spits on his own country and tries to make it look worse than the FASCIST STATE that the United States has become.

Kasparov was lauded as being intelligent after telling the panel and the audience everything they wanted to hear but to me he appeared so stupid and transparent in his pandering.

The climate in the US is such now that people are hungry for bad news about Russia. And of course they should be. With waning civil rights, living under a true and real "Police State", a devastated economy and middle class, a president that is so truly and painfully stupid that watching him makes the head reel and the bile rise, rising unemployment, spying on the citizenry and clamp downs on dissent and a government that is out of control, a government that has no desire to work for the people, an endless embarrassment of an unjustifiable illegal war, no health care, no social benefits, rampant and open racism, police brutality, and the constant hate speech from the right, of course they want to hear that things are worse somewhere else. But the fact is Americans, you are living in an illusion. It is time to take the blue pill, or is that the red pill? Everything I just said is true and you are all too afraid to do or say anything about it.

Russia is a great and free country. Russia is a place where you can do and say what you like. Russia is a country with a real president who does the job he was elected to do and who is loved by the masses. Russia is a country with affordable healthcare and a bright future and things are truly and honestly getting better every year, and not just for the elite. Russia is a place where you can live without the fear that the police will blow your head off if you make a false move. Russia is a place where people are honest and tell it the way it is. Russia is patient and tolerant and despite some of the hardships of Russian life, Russia is a wonderful country to live in.

As for Putin he is the best thing that has happened to Russia in hundreds of years. He has a vision for Russia and he has a real plan for the future of Russia and the Russian people. He is an intelligent, thoughtful, steadfast, and patient man, who has taken a country that was on the brink of chaos and restored order and hope. He should be given the Noble Peace Prize not derided by some washed up chess player turned right-wing tool.

Unlike his American counterpart who should be put on trial in Nurnberg for crimes against humanity, planning wars of aggression, and genocide.

Where does Kasparov get his numbers from? His polling looks as if takes place not in Russia but in some small town in Texas. Check his site.

11-15-07Rice was making news again by blasting Russia in a hypocritical tirade that has served to do nothing more than alienate Moscow even further, but then again, that is perhaps the only thing that this administration has become adept at.

In ignoring the Bush Administration’s politicizing of the Department of Justice, the Department of State, and dozens of other Federal bodies into arms of the Republican Party, the continued use of eavesdropping, secret incarceration, torture, rendition, intimidation, media manipulation, and the trampling and re-writing of the Constitution to stifle dissent and consolidate power, Dr. Rice’s comments seemed absurd and made it clear that she is what she is, nothing more than a tool for the Bush Administration.

What are the real reasons for Rice’s tirade? Well we know that the Bush Administration is losing face in everything that it does and Russia bashing always works to boost popularity at home. We know the Bushies want to attack Iran with nuclear weapons, and place missiles in Moscow’s front yard, two things that Moscow is not happy about, and then of course the ongoing nightmare without end that is the Iraq invasion.

All of those of course are great reasons for the State Department to try to distract the masses with “evil Russia scenarios” but the real reason is that the U.S. is afraid about what will happen after Putin leaves office and want to control, by any means possible who his successor will be. Her visit also served to instruct “human rights organizations”, classically cover organizations for the CIA, i.e. The Helsinki Group, to do what they can to undermine Russian elections and keep Russia in step with Washington’s wishes.

6) Making, ordering and condoning false statements and propaganda about the conduct of foreign governments and individuals and acts by U.S. government personnel; manipulating the media and foreign governments with false information; concealing information vital to public discussion and informed judgment concerning acts, intentions and possession, or efforts to obtain weapons of mass destruction in order to falsely create a climate of fear and destroy opposition to U.S. wars of aggression and first strike attacks.

7) Violations and subversions of the Charter of the United Nations and international law, both a part of the "Supreme Law of the land" under Article VI, paragraph 2, of the Constitution, in an attempt to commit with impunity crimes against peace and humanity and war crimes in wars and threats of aggression against Afghanistan, Iraq and others and usurping powers of the United Nations and the peoples of its nations by bribery, coercion and other corrupt acts and by rejecting treaties, committing treaty violations, and frustrating compliance with treaties in order to destroy any means by which international law and institutions can prevent, affect, or adjudicate the exercise of U.S. military and economic power against the international community.

8) Acting to strip United States citizens of their constitutional and human rights, ordering indefinite detention of citizens, without access to counsel, without charge, and without opportunity to appear before a civil judicial officer to challenge the detention, based solely on the discretionary designation by the Executive of a citizen as an "enemy combatant."

9) Ordering indefinite detention of non-citizens in the United States and elsewhere, and without charge, at the discretionary designation of the Attorney General or the Secretary of Defense.

10) Ordering and authorizing the Attorney General to override judicial orders of release of detainees under INS jurisdiction, even where the judicial officer after full hearing determines a detainee is wrongfully held by the government.

11) Authorizing secret military tribunals and summary execution of persons who are not citizens who are designated solely at the discretion of the Executive who acts as indicting official, prosecutor and as the only avenue of appellate relief.

12) Refusing to provide public disclosure of the identities and locations of persons who have been arrested, detained and imprisoned by the U.S. government in the United States, including in response to Congressional inquiry.

13) Use of secret arrests of persons within the United States and elsewhere and denial of the right to public trials.

14) Authorizing the monitoring of confidential attorney-client privileged communications by the government, even in the absence of a court order and even where an incarcerated person has not been charged with a crime.

15) Ordering and authorizing the seizure of assets of persons in the United States, prior to hearing or trial, for lawful or innocent association with any entity that at the discretionary designation of the Executive has been deemed "terrorist."

16) Institutionalization of racial and religious profiling and authorization of domestic spying by federal law enforcement on persons based on their engagement in noncriminal religious and political activity.

17) Refusal to provide information and records necessary and appropriate for the constitutional right of legislative oversight of executive functions.

18) Rejecting treaties protective of peace and human rights and abrogation of the obligations of the United States under, and withdrawal from, international treaties and obligations without consent of the legislative branch, and including termination of the ABM treaty between the United States and Russia, and rescission of the authorizing signature from the Treaty of Rome which served as the basis for the International Criminal Court.

PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH AND OTHER NAMED OFFICIALS OF THE UNITED STATES HAVE COMMITTED IMPEACHABLE OFFENSES OF UNPRECEDENTED DANGER TO THE CONSTITUTION AND PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES.

10-11-2007 FAMILY VALUES? I guess that means destroying families. They can do whatever they want with impunity. I can not even have the idea or the thought that I am a person and have human rights. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice interfered in congressional inquiries into corruption in Iraq's government and the activities of U.S. security firm Blackwater. Who would have thought?

A “trophy” video appearing to show security guards in Baghdad randomly shooting Iraqi civilians has sparked two investigations after it was posted on the Internet, the Sunday Telegraph can reveal. The video, which first appeared on a website that has been linked unofficially to Aegis Defence Services, contained four separate clips, in which security guards open fire with automatic rifles at civilian cars. All of the shooting incidents apparently took place on “route Irish”, a road that links the airport to Baghdad.

2. In 1999 NORAD conducted hijacking exercises where planes were flown into the Pentagon and the World Trade Center.

3. June 2000 DOJ releases a terrorism manual with the World Trade Center in crosshairs again.

4. September 2000 the Project for a New American Century releases a report called Rebuilding America's Defenses in which they state that without an event such as a new Pearl Harbor the process of transformation is likely to be a long one.

5. October 24, 2000 the Pentagon conducts the first in a series of training exercises called MASCAL the pretext of which is a passenger airliner, a Boeing 757, crashing into the Pentagon. Charles Burlingame an ex Navy F-4 pilot who worked in the Pentagon participated in the exercise before retiring to take a job with American Airlines, less than a year later the American Airlines plane, a Boeing 757, that he was the Captain of supposedly crashed into the Pentagon.

6. April 2001 NORAD plans an exercise in which a plane is flown into the Pentagon but it is rejected as too unrealistic.

7. June 2001 new instructions are implemented to deal with intervention in the case of a hijacking, part of it reads: " For all non-immediate responses the DOD must get permission directly from the SOD. Donald Rumsfeld.

Attorney General John Ashcroft begins flying only on charter jets due to a threat assessment by the FBI.

8. July 4, 2001 Osama Bin Laden receives medical help at the American Hospital in Dubai. While he is there he is visited by the local chief of the CIA.

9. July 24, 2001 Larry A Silverstein signs a 3.2 billion dollar 99 year lease on the entire World Trade Center complex, this was six weeks before 9-11, part of the lease included a 3.5 billion dollar insurance policy that specifically covered acts of terrorism.

10. September 6, 2001 suspicious trading of American Airlines stock takes place.

Bomb sniffing dogs were pulled off the World Trade Center and security guards were pulled of the twelve hour shifts that they had been working.

11. September 7, 2001 More excessive trading of American Airline stock involving PUT options which means that people were betting that the stock would fall.

12. September 10, 2001 more of the same. Newsweek reported that a number of top Pentagon officials cancelled their flight plans for the next morning.

Willie Brown the Mayor of San Francisco receives a phone call from Condi Rice warning him not to fly the next day.

In Pakistan at a military hospital all of the urologists are replaced by a special team in order to host Osama Bin Laden, who was well cared for and looked after.

13. September 11, 2001 with most of the intercept aircraft on training exercises in Canada and in the far North or sent far from Washington and New York on training exercises, there were only 14 aircraft left to guard the entire United States.

September 11, 2001 eyewitnesses claimed that the aircraft had no windows and sported a round blue emblem on the nose. Others reported seeing missiles and the presence of missile like mounting on the wings and the underside of the planes.

9:38 Hani Hanjoor, a very unskilled pilot, executes a 330 degree turn at 530 mph descending 7,000 feet in 2.5 minutes to crash American Airlines flight 77 into the ground floor of the Pentagon. Experts said it could not have flown at those speeds without going into a high speed stall and that at such high Gs the plane would have just fallen out of the sky. All of the experienced air traffic controllers who watched the plane that was supposed to be flight 77 maneuvering and turning believed that it was a military fighter plane. All of the lights poles that flight 77 was supposed to have sheered of seemed to have just popped out of the ground, under normal circumstances they would have ripped the wings right off of the planes. If you look at the photos and listen to the eyewitness accounts it is clear that a commercial airliner did not hit the pentagon the damage was consistent with a missile strike. Although the plane was supposed to have melted upon impact all of the bodies on board were identified by the same forensic laboratory that identified the non casualties in Pennsylvania. You get the idea. The only piece of wreckage was part of a J3-8D turbojet engine from a US Air force A-3 Sky Warrior. The few A-3s left are stored by Ratheon in Van Nuys California. A diffuser case was also found not belonging to a 757. Through analysis it is clear that a missile such as a Tomahawk was used to create the damage.

9:59 The South Tower collapses in about ten seconds, 29 minutes later the North Tower collapses in about ten seconds as well.

5:20 World Trade Center 7, a 47 story office building 300 feet away from the World Trade Center collapses in under 6 seconds into a neat little pile, while all of the buildings surrounding it were undamaged. These are the first three building in history to collapse because of a fire. The buildings came down in almost free fall speed, witnesses, video-tapes and expert testimony make it clear the the world trade center was demolished using controlled explosions that had been placed in the buildings in strategic locations earlier and then detonated in order to cause the buildings to collapse, some witnesses reported up to six simultaneous explosions concurrent with the six support structures of the buildings.

10:00 Cleveland Hopkins Airport was evacuated amidst fears that a hijacked plane was about to land

10:06 Flight 93 was supposedly headed for the White House and crashed into a field in Pennsylvania witnesses said there was nothing to be seen at the crash scene and nothing that resembled an airline crash. The debris that was found was able to be carried away by hand in several plastic bags.

10:10 The sixty nine people on flight 1989, the first plane that landed in Cleveland, were evacuated to the FAA HQ in two hours and twenty minutes and later released.

10:45 The two hundred people on board flight 93 were evacuated to a special NASA building in under thirty minutes and never heard from again.

11:43 Cleveland WCPO a local television station in Cincinnati Ohio reported that two planes landed at Cleveland Hopkins Airport due to a bomb threat, United identified the plane as flight 93.

October 12, 2001 Donald Rumsfeld, in an interveiw with Parade Magazine, mentions a missle that damged the world trade center even though offically one was never mentioned

Bin Laden's original statement: "The U.S. government has consistently blamed me for being behind every attack. I would like to assure the world that I did not plan the recent attacks, which seems to have been planned by people for personal reasons. I have been living in the Islamic emirate of Afghanistan and following its leaders' rules. The current leader does not allow me to exercise such operations."

In an interview with the Globe and Mail, Russian President Vladimir Putin has threatened to target Europe with missiles, including potentially nuclear weapons, in a dramatic escalation of his Cold War-style showdown with the United States.

Mr. Putin, in an interview at his summer residence outside Moscow, said he considers U.S. plans to build an eastern European anti-missile site to shoot down Iranian missiles a provocation aimed at Russia.

He repeatedly described the anti-missile system as a part of the American "strategic nuclear potential," whose existence he said requires Russia to retaliate to maintain the global "strategic balance."

Asked what he might do to retaliate, he said he would return Russia to the Cold War status where missiles were aimed at European targets.

I am worried that John Young may not be able to get back online with Cryptome, and that this will be another blow to everybody trying to expose the faults of governments.

I am glad to see that the USA has not been able to close you down, and it is even more important that you keep your site going now that Cryptome is in trouble. Today is another great holiday here is Russia. Today is a day when Russians remember all of us who have done anything to protect Russia. It also doubles as Men's Day, which was done to off-set Women's Day. On this day men get presents and the women they know are supposed to be particularly nice, which can mean what you wish it to. I am touched every year when I get presents and phone calls and messages and thank all of you.

While on the topic of holidays I had wanted to post something last Sunday about another great holiday which occurred, last Sunday. It was, for like of a better translation "Forgiveness Sunday", it started with one of my students sending me a message in English, at ten in the morning when, of course I was sleeping. This student, a nice young man in his early teens, sent me an SMS stating that he was "Sorry for everything.", as would happen to anyone experienced working with young people, the alarm bells went off. This behavior was completely out of character and I thought the worse. So thinking that the young man was about to do something stupid, like pulling a trigger or swallowing some deadly substance, I promptly answered telling him that he was a good boy and a good student and that I was proud to be his teacher. While waiting for an answer I started to look for his parent's number when I get a message saying that it was " Forgiveness Sunday", I breathed a mental sigh of relief and told him not to scare me like that.
