Explosion in the neighbouring stairwell blows out 17 storeys worth of windows. Seems some young jerk was making fireworks for New Year's !

Somebody's garage got in the way and was drug into the street !

The car that caused all of this last night was towed. Talk about a rude awakening ! Look closely and you may see a GHOST !!!
