Tomorrow, October 19, 2015 at 13:00 Moscow Time the Kuzminki Area Federal Court of the Russian Federation will hear the case of John Anthony Robles III (born in York Pennsylvania) the son of former Voice of Russia English Word Service radio personality and investigative journalist John A Robles II. The senior John is the owner of the truth seeker site JAR2.com and the first ex-US citizen to have received political asylum in the Russian Federation 7 years ago. Since being terminated from the Russian media, and
during, the liquidation of the Voice of Russia, which the senior Robles
insists was done in retaliation for his anti-US investigative journalistic
work and carried out by what Mr. Robles characterizes as a US installed 5th
column, Mr. Robles has been poisoned, run off the road, attacked, followed,
threatened and even pressured to provide personal information to the US
Government which he did not due. The loss of his employment and the ensuing
lawsuit against the illegal termination, filed in the Russian Courts against
Rossiya Sevodnya by Mr. Robles, led to his divorce and the breakdown of his
family and culminated with his son’s false arrest in July. Mr. Robles’ battle with US backed and installed forces
and his targeting by the US Embassy and clandestine operations by the
Central Intelligence Agency have been effective is stopping most of Mr.
Robles’ journalistic work. However his site remains on-line and functioning,
a testament to the forces of good working behind the scenes. In light of the all out information war that is
currently taking place the actions of the US have grown in brazenness and
frequency with attacks on the jar2 servers, open demands for personal
information and even financial blocks on his accounts. We recall the attempt by former Ambassador to Russia
Michael McFaul to have Mr. Robles sent to a Russian prison and deported to
the United States after he criticized and helped expose McFaul’s color
revolution plans for the Russian Federation. Instead of gratitude
neo-liberal elements in Russia proceeded to tear Mr. Robles apart. In August of this year Mr. Robles publically renounced
his US Citizenship after living with asylum for eight years after the US
revoked his passport in 2007 on false grounds. His public renunciation

was viewed by millions in Russia and the Crimea on live
television yet neo-liberal elements in the Russian media have succeeded in
keeping the event muffled. A repeat renunciation on Russian channel 1 and a
request to President Putin for citizenship also failed to cause resonance
and end the 8 year bid to simply normalize his status. Since December of last year Mr. Robles was trying to
secure visitation rights with his daughter through the courts but to no
avail and he has also not been allowed to see his son since he was
imprisoned. From a human rights perspective Mr. Robles’ rights have been
completely trampled on as he went from being a US Citizen to be a stateless
refugee who no one has to be kind to. In January 2014 John Robles III filed complaints with
the highest bodies of power in Russia after he was beaten and had narcotics
planted on him by police, and event that was filmed and should have led to a
scandal, but once again the Russian media was silent and the event was
ignored.

18 months later the younger Robles was set up in an
entrapment operation where he was asked to drive someone he thought was a
friend to meet another friend. When arriving at the location the younger
Robles passed a package of some sort from his passenger to the person who
had been waiting for them and then the person in the street passed him money
at which point he was arrested and charged with being a drug dealer. Robles: “My son has been suffering in a Russian prison for three months for the crime of being young, naïve and trusting. He is now looking at 8 years in a Russian zone which will destroy his life forever if he is able to survive it, then he will be deported from Russia. He has lived almost all of his life here in Russia and has suffered greatly for the last 8 years living as I have as a refugee because FMS refuses to grant us citizenship. I ask you to make my son’s case know and please ask the Russian authorities and President Vladimir Putin to please pardon my son and grant us citizenship so that we may end the living hell we have been going through since the revocation by the US of my passport on false grounds in 2007.” As a refugee the younger Robles was not able to finish
his studies, nor could he find respectable work. After the termination of
the senior Robles from his job in the media and the birth of his daughter
Varvara, the younger Robles worked day and night to help his father stay
alive as he tried to find employment. Mr. Robles’ daughter who is now one
year old has already received Russian citizenship and is a Muscovite yet the
father continues to be demonized and marginalized because he has refused to
pay a bribe for citizenship. It is important to note that one of the investigators
offered the younger Robles to “make the whole thing go away for 2 million
Rubles”, the family did not have the funds so the younger Robles may be sent
to die in a zone. It is also important to note that the younger Robles
was visited by personnel from the US Embassy but they were more interested
in obtaining information about the father than about the condition of the
son. Robles:
“I beg you to please help in anyway
you can. We do not even have the funds for a lawyer and the court appointed
lawyer will just rubber stamp the prosecutor. There will be no jury trial.
Tomorrow there will be a hearing with a judge, the prosecutor and the
court’s lawyer and they will decide the fate of my son who is a good boy. I
am sure they will be merciless and given the fact that there is a price on
my head from the Right Sector in Ukraine and the SBU, I would not be
surprised if someone involved buys a new flat soon. PLEASE HELP! IF this is
allowed to stand and if they are allowed to finish me off this will not only
be defeat for Russia but one for the Truth and for everyone who has fought
for the truth. If my son is sent away and there is no outcry I am sure I
will be next and be “liquidated” in some accident or as I have been warned a
suicide will be set up.” We ask you to post this information anywhere you can
and make people aware of this injustice and welcome members of the press to
cover the hearing in Moscow and/or contact the family for statements or
interviews.
