Dann Adams

In January 2016, Dann Adams assumed the role of president of Equifax Global Consumer Solutions. Previously, Dann was president of Equifax Consumer Information Solutions, which provides consumer information and insights, specifically in the areas of risk management, fraud, marketing, and a variety of vertical industry offerings.

Prior to this role, Dann was responsible for Equifax North America Information Services, focusing on sales in banking and finance, retail, automotive, credit marketing and other specialized business markets. Dann was responsible for starting the Equifax Commercial Services business unit and he organized the development of the Small Business Financial Exchange (SBFE). He joined Equifax in February 1999 as senior vice president of the Financial Services vertical for the North America Information Services business.

Before joining Equifax, Dann spent seventeen years with Dun & Bradstreet Information Services in Atlanta. He held positions in sales, sales management and product marketing, which culminated into his role of vice president and regional manager.

Dann is a baccalaureate graduate in marketing and economics from Central Michigan University and has also completed Emory University’s Executive Development Program. He lives in Atlanta with his wife Dawn.


Thomas L. Blair

Mr. Blair has founded and developed four successful healthcare companies; the two most recent companies being publicly traded corporations. His newest business is Medical Payment Exchange, Inc. (“MPE”), which offers medical providers (hospitals and physicians) improved cash flow by accelerating reimbursements for commercial claims submitted to private insurers. Mr. Blair has served on numerous Boards of publicly traded companies, as well as the Boards non-profit entities, including the Christopher Reeve Paralysis Foundation and the National Air and Space Museum. In 2011, he authored the New York Times Best Seller, “Poorer Richard’s America,” which applied Ben Franklin’s wisdom and writings on today’s America. Mr. Blair also supports a variety of charitable initiatives.


General James L. Jones, USMC, (Ret.)

General James Logan Jones, Jr. is a former United States National Security Advisor to President Obama and a retired United States Marine Corps General. During his military career, he served as Commander, United States European Command and Supreme Allied Commander Europe from 2003 to 2006 and as the 32nd Commandant of the Marine Corps from July 1999 to January 2003. Jones retired from the Marine Corps in February of 2007 after 40 years of service. In November 2007, he was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of State as special envoy for Middle East security. General Jones served as chairman of the Atlantic Council from June 2007 to January 2009, when he assumed the post of National Security Advisor that he held until November 2010. General Jones has also served on the Boards of Invacare Corporation, Boeing Company, Chevron Corporation and General Dynamics.


James L. Jones, III, Founder & Executive Chairman

James L. Jones III (Jim) is the Executive Chairman and former Chief Executive Officer of Dynology Corporation, a prominent IT firm headquartered in Tyson’s Corner, VA. Serving as Dynology’s Chief Executive, Mr. Jones has 20+ years of experience in strategic communications, security, cyber and virtualization technologies, driving more than $50M of highly successful IT initiatives to organizations within the commercial sector, DoD and other Federal Agencies. Mr. Jones served as Chairman of the 2011 Fight Night on behalf of Fight for Children, is a long-time member of the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation (MCLEF), has worked with the Armed Services YMCA (ASYMCA) eventually working for the organization to enhance their web presence, and the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) organization in helping raise awareness and funds for the survivor families that carry on the legacies of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.


General Michael Hayden, USAF, (Ret.)

General Michael Hayden is a retired Air Force four-star general who was confirmed by the US Senate and served as the director of the Central Intelligence Agency (2006-2009) and the National Security Agency (1999-2005), two multi-billion dollar enterprises. In addition to leading CIA and NSA, General Hayden was the country’s first principal deputy director of national intelligence and the highest-ranking military intelligence officer in the country. Hayden also served as commander of the Air Intelligence Agency and Director of the Joint Command and Control Warfare Center and served in senior staff positions at the Pentagon, at U.S. European Command, at the National Security Council, and the U.S. Embassy in Bulgaria. He was deputy chief of staff for the United Nations Command and U.S. Forces in South Korea. He retired in 2008 after 41 years of service. Hayden is currently a principal at the Chertoff Group and a distinguished visiting professor at George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government.


Thomas J. Miller, CEO

Tom has more than 25 years of analytic and risk management experience as a co-founder and CEO of ClearForce, a cyber and employee risk management company based in Vienna, VA. Prior to ClearForce, Tom was the CEO of ALI Solutions (aka, Austin Logistics). During his tenure at ALI, Tom served as the CFO and headed the Marketing and Business Development functions at ALI, where he established global distribution channels, established a regional presence in China, and co-invented a patented system for priority queuing algorithms. Prior to ALI Solutions, Tom was a Vice President at JP Morgan Chase’s card risk management division where he developed and managed the credit risk policy for the card and unsecured credit portfolios. Tom also served as the Vice President of Analytics for Noble Systems Corporation. Tom was a founding partner and board member of Advanced Call Center Technologies, a contact center service business started in 1997 and sold in 2003. As an entrepreneur, Tom has raised over $30M in seed and venture capital. He has consulted for many of the top U.S. banks, published numerous articles and presented topics at industry events and conferences related to risk management, insider threats and the application of analytic technology and policy. In 2018, he won the AFCEA Small Business Innovation Shark Tank competition. Tom has an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.


Norman A. Willox, Jr.

Norm Willox, is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Bluewater International, with significant experience developing high growth companies from $5M to $500M. These companies have been largely information services technology operations, including Insurance, Financial Services, Energy, Healthcare Data, Government, Law Enforcement, Cybersecurity and Homeland Security. At LexisNexis, Mr.Willox served as Chief Executive Officer of Government Services, as well as Chief Officer for Privacy, Industry, and Regulatory Affairs. Mr. Willox presently serves on numerous corporate advisory boards, including Infozen, Coalfire, Baird Venture Partners, Comvest, Center for Identity at University of Texas, and I Got It Solutions. Mr. Willox has been a frequent speaker and published numerous articles, reports and studies regarding fraud, identification, authentication, and privacy before many national and international professional and law enforcement organizations. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from West Chester University.


Harry C. Gambill

Harry C. Gambill served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of TransUnion LLC from April 1992 to August 2007. Mr. Gambill joined TransUnion in 1985 as Vice President and General Manager of the Chicago Division. Mr. Gambill has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He serves as Chairman of Consumer Data Industry Association (formerly, ACB). He served as Vice Chairman and Director of TransUnion LLC from August 2007 until April 30, 2012. He has been a Director at Capgemini Financial Services International Inc. since March 2005. He has served as a Director of ALI Solutions, Inc. since March 2009. He has served as a Director of Recondo Technology, Inc. since May 2009. Mr. Gambill served as a Director of Acxiom Corp. from 1992 to February 2006. He is an active member in various credit industry organizations. He serves as the Chairman of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee of Adjoined Consulting, Inc. He holds degrees in business administration and economics from Arkansas State University and is a member of the University’s Business School Advisory Board.
